Counselling

We provide experienced, caring and non-judgmental counselling for general and domestic violence clients.

Our experienced counsellors provide women with counselling that assist with management of life transitions and help talk about their emotions and thoughts in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE COUNSELLOR

Our Domestic Violence Counselling service provides both information and therapeutic sessions to meet the needs of each client that has experienced trauma and other difficult life experiences due to domestic and family violence. The counselling sessions will provide women with a safe place where they can reflect and explore what brought them to counselling. Our counsellors understand that each individual is unique to their experiences; hence our style is focused on a person-centered approach with a combination of other practice based evidence approaches to develop a personalised response to each of our clients.

Through domestic violence counselling, clients can expect to receive crisis intervention, therapy, trauma-informed care, advocacy, information and appropriate referrals.
